Made to Order Guidelines for costumes /props
We can make costumes/props from Anime,Manga,comics,cartoons, novels, short stories, games, and movies. Just follow the steps below!
First: Look for a PHOTO.
An accurate, big , colored, and detailed photo/s of the costume/ props/ design/mascot/uniform that you need.
It should be in .JPEG file extension. Provide the front, back, and important details of the costume/ props/ design/mascot/uniform.
Please send us reference photos or links to the email address below.
Second: Send the photos/ links to this email address [email protected] , with a subject heading Costume Inquiry with the following information:
-Your name, location, and contact numbers
-The date when you will need the props/ costumes
-who will wear the costume: adult/kid/toddler
- At least your height, bustline and waistline so that we will know how big you are.

Third: Wait for our reply / text message and please open your e-mail everyday for updates. We usually respond in 3-6 hours.
Lastly, pls. be reminded of the following guidelines:
GUIDELINES FOR MADE-TO-ORDER COSTUMES AND PROPS
1.Costume/simple props/ uniform need/s 25 working days starting from the time we receive your down payment. This applies for non rush items.
Mascots/ armors/complex prop/s need/s 5-6 weeks working time depending on the design/details, weather, and our availability.
2. Costumes/Props are only considered non- rush if the deadline of the commission is 30 days before the event/ date after the downpayment is settled.
3. Payment: For Non Rush Orders
100% down payment needed for non-rush items [ for all the materials ]
50% down payment for the labor fee
For Rush Items
We strictly apply the 20% rush fee , which is 20% of the total amount and to be added to the total payment.
For All Rush Items/ Made to order we require 60% down payment from the total amount.
4. We will try our best to look for the exact fabric but most likely we can only provide/use
a fabric-type closest to the one needed. We cannot guarantee a 100% perfect costume for you since materials and fabric available are sometimes limited.
NOTE:You have an option to provide the fabric and all the materials to us and pay for the labor fee. Lower labor fee for 3 costumes or more with the same fabric type/ materials.
5.Body Measurements
a. We encourage you to meet us to let our seamstress take your body measurements.
b. If you are far from us you can send us your measurements via email or meet our representative together with the down payment. You can ask for the help of your nearest mananahi/ someone who knows how to use a tape measure. But if you will be sending us body measurements we will not be liable if the costume doesn't fit on you once it is finished.
6. Ask us using the form / send the photo first so that you will have an idea how much your costume cost. Pls. understand that the price of the costume is affected by the following:
a.labor and transportation expenses for us
b. fabric type / if there are more than one or two colors on the costume
c. yards of fabric needed
d. complexity of the costumes
(some costumes/props look simple to do but when you make them it's
actually difficult)
e. your body measurements (if you are slim, chubby, sexy, bulky,tall etc)
f. if there are props needed (adult/kid )
g. if there are patches/logos/ prints/ designs/accessories on the costume
that's why we need 50% down payment to complete your costumes.

7. NO AVAILABLE SHIPPING OF COSTUMES AS OF NOW : 2016
8. Finished Costumes Props/ Customer already received it
We make sure we send photos of the props or costumes while in progress
and we need you to check it. But we strongly suggest that you visit our area and your props/ costume while in progress.We need to hear your thoughts before we finish it to know if there are changes to be made.
We will not entertain any complaints after you receive the item on the receiving day.
Definitely NO REFUND. This is a serious business for us.
9. Bogus Buyers: we don't want you to be one
We consider a customer as a bogus buyer if complaint/s is/are sent after 12 hrs and asked for a refund of the item. We don't give refund of the costumes/props. Once you made a deal with us automatically you agree with all the terms and conditions herein.
UNCLAIMED COSTUMES/PROPS:
You only have 15 days to claim your finished costume from the day it is done and pay for the remaining balance/ payment.Otherwise IT WILL BE OUR SOLE PROPERTY after 15 days.
We understand you value your money and time that's why we provided a map and directions on how to get to our location, for assurance. We encourage you to visit our location.
